TPV是Thermoplastic Vulcanizate的简称，中文名称为热塑性三元乙丙动态硫化弹性体或热塑性三元乙丙动态硫化橡胶，是高度硫化的三元乙丙橡胶EPDM微粒分散在连续聚丙烯PP相中组成的高分子弹性体材料。TPV常温下的物理性能和功能类似于热固性橡胶，在高温下表现为热塑性塑料的特性，可以经济和方便地加工成型。TPV热塑性三元乙丙动态硫化弹性体/橡胶将硫化橡胶材料通过动态硫化使三元乙丙橡胶EPDM以低于2微米尺寸的微粒分散在聚丙烯PP塑料基体中，把橡胶与塑料的特性很好的结合在一起，得到综合性能的高性能弹性体材料。
应用领域:汽车密封条、密封件系列;汽车防尘罩、挡泥板、通风管、缓冲器、波纹管、进气管等;汽车高压点火线。可耐30-40KV电压，可满足UL94 V0阻燃要求;手动工具、电动工具、除草机等园艺设备的零部件;家用电器上使用的垫片、零件;剪刀、牙刷、鱼竿、运动器材、厨房用品等产品的手柄握把;化妆品、饮料、食品、卫浴用品、医疗用具等产品的各类包装;各种轮子、蜂鸣器、管件、皮带等接头的软质部件。针塞、瓶塞、吸管、套管等软胶件;电筒外壳、儿童玩具、玩具轮胎、高尔夫袋、各类握把等。
